Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. KURA Organics cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders. Delivery outside of the UK can take between 3-10 working days depending on the country.
• Rest of world orders require a signature upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be there to sign for the package.
• We need a telephone number for all International orders and cannot ship without.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

If you PRE-ORDER a product, you are ordering it ahead of receipt of the goods to our warehouse. As soon as we receive it, we will dispatch it to you. You must check the estimated delivery in the product details before purchasing.
Please note, occasionally there can be a delay to the estimated arrival date. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
In order to ensure that you receive your order safely we use Royal Mail Signed for service therefore somebody will need to be present at the address to take delivery of the order.
If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left and the package will be returned to the sorting office to await redelivery instructions or collection.
If the package is not redirected or collected within the allotted time the package will eventually be returned to our warehouse. In this case a missed-delivery fee of £4 may be charged.
Of course! All of our KURA Organic Baby Wraps are beautifully packaged and perfect to send as a gift direct to your recipient. To save trees, we don't send any dispatch notes out with our orders. We are currently unable to offer a gift note service but we do include a gift card in each order that can be handwritten yourself :-)
We are hoping our gift note service will be available again very soon. Alternatively, our gift cards can also be purchased and sent directly to your recipient.
The ergonomic design of our Organic Baby Wrap ensures that it fits both 3 and 5 point harnesses therefore it can be used universally across many different car seats and pushchairs. We are yet to come across a car seat or pushchair that it doesn't fit! The simple popper buttons and our intuitive ergonomic design makes getting from A to B as stress free as possible.
Yes, the Kura Organic Baby Wrap is safety tested! There currently is no legislation in place governing car seat accessories however that wasn’t good enough for us. The safety of children and parents peace of mind is absolutely essential to us, therefore we‘re extremely happy to announce that our products have now been safety crash tested. Our testing was based on the same type of testing performed for UN Regulation 129.
Using similar test conditions that measure the safety of child car seats in Europe, it was shown that our product does not compromise car seat safety.
Yes. As an environmentally conscious brand, our wraps are lovingly crafted using GOTS certified 100% organic cotton ensuring an ultra soft hand feel. With organic cotton being free from nasty chemicals and all our fabric printed with non-toxic and baby safe OEKO-TEX inks, our wraps are safe to be worn against your babies delicate skin. All of our products are also REACH compliant.
The overall weight of the Earth Collection wrap is slightly lighter than the Signature Collection wrap. In order to create the complex knit structure of the outer fabric used for the Earth Collection it required a thinner organic cotton yarn. The knit structure of the Signature Collection is much simpler so it is suited to a thicker/chunkier organic cotton yarn. For that reason the the Signature Collection wrap does appear slightly thicker.
Our Kura wraps are really easy to care for. It is easily removable from your travel system and machine washable at 30℃, ensuring you can keep your car seat and pushchair clean and germ free at all times. We recommend turning your wrap inside out when in the washing machine. View our care instructions here.
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. If you're not sure of your gift card balance, please get in touch and we'll find this out for you.
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout. Any balance not used will remain on the card for future use.
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping.
If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be verbally reported to us before 3.00pm the next working day following delivery, and also by email within 3 days.
Please contact a member of our customer services team via our contact us page and they will instruct you on how to return the items to us and issue a Returns Authorisation Code. Failure to do this will delay your return being processed. You are also required to complete a Returns Form and return this with your order.
We hope you love your KURA organic wrap, but if you have had a change of heart and no longer want your order, you must return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund.
Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging. Please note that if any seals are broken or if packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.
